Privacy Policy

Hallmark Cabinet operates this invite-only authentication service at auth.hallmarkcabinet.com. This policy covers the information we use to provide accounts, sign-in, invitations, and connections to approved applications.

Information we handle

We store account names, email addresses, optional profile pictures, password hashes, invitation details, email verification and password reset records, and session records. Sessions may include an IP address and browser user agent. We also store security rate limits, connected application details, and the permissions you approve for those applications.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your basic profile information: name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier. The sign-in process also provides authentication tokens, which may be stored with your linked account. We use this information only to identify you, sign you in, and link Google to an existing invited account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google content.

How we use and share information

We use account and session information to authenticate you, protect the service, send invitation and account emails, and let you connect to approved applications. If you approve an application such as Hallmark Pricing, we share the identity information and permissions shown on the consent screen with that application. We use Render to host this service and store its data. Our configured email provider sends account emails. Google processes Google sign-in under its own privacy policy. We do not sell account information or use Google profile information for advertising.

Storage and choices

Account and authentication data is stored in SQLite on a Render persistent disk. We keep it for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Access to an account can be revoked by the service owner. You can stop using Google sign-in through your Google account settings. To ask about your data, correct it, or request deletion, email us at the address below. We may need to retain some records for security or legal reasons.
